A1:  This position would afford me more opportunities to both  leverage and hone my strategic planning, leadership,  administration, and interpersonal skills to identify and encourage Sorors to consider how they can expand the reach and impact of their commitment to our beloved sorority in roles which they may not have considered and/or think they are qualified. In addition to spurring Sorors' awareness and interest in Regional positions, 

A2:  I can help Sorors to enhance their understanding of regional opportunities to serve and the corresponding application requirements to help them move forward in the nomination process.

A3:  I am enjoying my experience and learning a lot about the current process for nominations firsthand as a candidate for the Regional Nominating Committee Member position.  If elected, I would seek appropriate ways to share my feedback regarding potential opportunities to both enhance outcomes in the nomination process and the candidate experience in the process from start to finish. 

A4: Voting is easy! Please ensure that you are an active (and financial) member of your chapter, so that you may receive guidance on when and how votes will be cast at the 2026 Regional Conference in Detroit, MI.  Your chapter delegate will cast votes on behalf of your chapter.
